In case of cancellation or changes made up to 7 days before the expected date of arrival, no fee will be charged.

In case of cancellation or changes made after this deadline or in case of no-show, the full amount of the stay will be charged.

The daily rates include coffee or tea during the stay, wi-fi and services.

They do not include the city tax for the stay in Rome (€ 5.00 per person each night up to 10 nights).

The stay is for free for children up to 3 years. A minimum 2 night-stay might be requested in some periods.

Special rates are available for stays longer than 20 days.

Check-in: from 2pm to 10pm; Check-out before 10:30 am.

Late check-in from 10pm to 00am has an additional € 20 fee; Late check-in after 00am has an additional € 40 fee.

Any requests for early check-in and / or late check-out will be satisfied according to the room availability.

SHUTTLE TO AND FROM THE AIRPORTS: a transfer service to and from the airports is available by reservation only. The cost is €60 for the transfer for up to 3 people and €80 for the transfer for 4 to 7 people (an additional € 10 fee is added to transfers between 10p, and 7am).

GUIDED TOURS: it is possible to organize tours in Italian and English to the main sites of Rome, accompanied by authorized guides. The price and further details must be agreed in advance.

SELF CHECK-IN: Self check-in is possible. The instructions will be communicated in advance and only after receiving the passports of all the guests.
