Cancellation policies
In case of cancellation or changes made up to 7 days before the date of arrival, no cost will be charged.
In case of cancellation or changes made after this deadline or no-show, the full amount of the stay will be charged.
General policies
- Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the facility. A violation of the smoking policy will be fined (up to 100 €).
- Pets are not allowed
- The stay is for free for children up to 3 years
- Check-in time must be communicated at least 24 hourse in advance
- The facility does not have a 24-hour reception service
- Check-in is allowed between 2:00 pm and 10:00 pm. Arrivals after 10:00 pm must be agreed in advance. The fee for late check-in is 10 €
Responsability
Lele Rooms cannot be held responsible for the omission or incomplete execution of the booking due to force majeure, third parties or the customer himself as well as for the failure of the internet or for the refusal of the bank of the cardholder to proceed with the payment.
Data processing
The data requested to the customer are mandatory for correct service provision and, not providing them will mean the services cannot be provided. When the data requested is not mandatory, this will be noted on the form.
The justification for processing your personal data will be the performance of the contract between the parties.
The personal data provided will be stored throughout the contractual relationship, and after termination of the same, for a limitated period according to the law.

Price and taxation
Prices are indicated before and during the room booking process. The prices shown are per type of accomodation and selected dates.
The prices confirmed to the customer include all taxes (except the tourist tax) and are only valid for the period stated on the website. Unless stated otherwise, any additional services (meals, airport transfer etc.) are not included in the price.
The tourist tax is never included in the booking and must be paid in cash directly at the hotel on the day of arrival.
Payments
Any irregularity detected in the payment or form of payment (even after full payment has been made), payment not being made, incomplete or fraudulent payment, or proof of illegal activity related to payment which can be attributed to the customer, or the customer in collusion with a third party, shall lead to the complete cancellation of the booking at the customer’s expense, without the need for prior notice, and without prejudice to any civil or criminal proceedings that may be brought against the customer.
At the hotel the customer can request a recepits or an invoice for the full amount of the stay, except for the tourist tax.
